16 September
Work starts on Wednesday 17 September and goes until Friday 10 October.
It starts with the repairs to the piers and then finishes with the installation of the pontoon itself, and it's major work.
This is exciting news for the club - the pontoon has been a few years in the planning, and we will all reap the benefits as the season progresses.
Access to the pontoon will be restricted so the work can proceed as quickly as possible, and sometimes there may be no access to the pontoon.

What does this mean for you?
Exercise caution on the pontoon while the work is being carried out.
Be aware you will not have the ready access to the pontoon you are used to.
Be aware you may not have any access to the pontoon for some of the time.
We all need to be flexible and work around it.
We encourage all crews to do off-water cross training over the next few weeks.
